Mariam was always friendly, respectful, professional and available to us when needed. She accompanied us on many trips in the cold snow and ice of winter, aware of our requirements and trying to find the right place to fit our needs. When the offer for our house was made, as a result of the ideas she had given us on de-cluttering and staging the home, we were thankful for her advise and support. She gave us names of reputable lawyers with whom we could deal. We never felt pressured in any way and always knew that she was doing the best for us. We were very fortunate to meet Mariam Noori a few years ago when she stopped by our home and asked if we were interested in selling our house. At that time, we were not but she said she would keep in touch and finally after a year, we decided it was time. She was extremely helpful with suggestions on how to stage our home to make it more appealing and welcoming. She told us the best time to list in a crazy market and what amount would generate genuine interest in our property. Her advice not only made it possible to sell within a matter of a few days but for an amount well above our asking price. Mariam was very professional and looked after our best interests throughout the entire procedure. She was always approachable, always available, night or day and was friendly as well. She walked us through each and every step of the procedures, explaining in simple terms about what was taking place. She not only helped us with the sale of our house, but also physically helped us in searching for the perfect rental condo until ours would be built in a year or so. Mariam took the time to also meet with me and the owner of the rental condo when we picked up the keys and exchanged the cheques needed to secure the property. She made sure that I received the correct documentation and listed everything I was to receive from the owner's agent. She did not have to do this as the owner's agent stated that this was the first time he had met the tenants and a selling agent in person and he was quite impressed that she took the time out of her hectic schedule to make sure we were ok and that our needs were taken care of.
